'Scam Stopper Seminar' slated

Riverside County Supervisor John Benoit will host a Scam Stopper Seminar, with presentations from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, the Riverside County Curtailing Abuse Related to the Elderly Program and the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 10 a.m. Feb. 16 at the Joslyn Senior Center, 73-750 Catalina Way Palm Desert.  A complimentary lunch will be served following the presentation.
