Kohl's building in Upland sells for $15.43 million

Real estate firm Faris Lee Investments has brokered the $15.43 million sale of the Kohl's building at 233 S. Mountain Avenue in Upland.

The 76,712-square-foot building was built in 1978 and renovated in 2009. The property is part of the Mountain Green shopping center.

Faris Lee president Rich Walter and senior managing director Donald MacLellan represented the seller, a Lubert-Adler Management West partnership and the buyer, YFP Kohls Upland LLC. Both parties are based in Los Angeles.

Faris Lee Investments is based in Irvine.
