The purchase price was not disclosed.

The companies plan to build and sell 33 single-family homes at the site, which is north of Base Line Road between between Etiwanda and East Avenues.

The planned homes' sizes will range from 2,700 to 3,500 square feet with asking prices in the mid-$400,000s to low $500,000s, Lewis group reported.

The companies expect the first of the 33 homes to be available for sale in mid 2012.

Its such as you read my thoughts! You seem to grasp so much approximately this, like you wrote the guide in it or something. I feel that you can do with some p.c. to power the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is fantastic blog. A great read. I'll certainly be back.
