Central Labor Council to host apprenticeship forum

Electricians, masons, operating engineers, nurses, members of other trades as well as the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department are scheduled to participate in the 10th annual Union Apprenticeship and Training Forum.

The event is will be open to students and others interested viewing job demonstrations and learning more about possible career opportunities in various trades. The Central Labor Council AFL/CIO of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties will sponsor the event in coordination with the San Bernardino Superintendent of Schools.

The forum is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to noon March 9 at Damus Room, National Orange Show Events Center, 689 S. E St., San Bernardino.
