Railroad retirement organization offers toll-free phone number

   All of the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board’s field offices are now participating in its nationwide toll-free telephone service, according to a news release.  The number to reach all offices is (877) 772-5772.

    I’ve made 2 phone calls asking for RRBd statements with regard to: 1)my disability annuity status as being permanent, and 2)monthly monetary payments made to me.
    So far, nothing.
    I need these for so very many applications to get help paying for my 25 monthly RX’s, transportation/$ assistance and-so-on.

    my father worker on the railroad for 31 years.when i took him to get sign up for his penison .and i went with him . he put down that if any of his children or grandchildren,got disable they could get his penison when he passed.and his grandson was born with brain damage.and cannt work.is there anyway he or i can get his penison from the railroad. we could of got it when he passed. but my mom was getting it after he died, please e mail me. i have been disable since 1987.and i was born with my heart on the right side .and that is a health problem. my email is ;kat_sheneman2009@yahoo.com and i just moved back to ohio. frederick james sheneman d.o.b march 19 1917 worked on the railroad between michigan and bryan ohio.
