The Montclair Chamber of Commerce will host the annual State of the City address from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Montclair Community Center, 5111 Benito St. The theme will be “Shop Montclair: Invest in our community.” Local restaurants will provide a “Taste of Montclair,” including samplings from community favorite Cafe Montclair.
