Rancho Cucamonga agents negotiate sale of retail building

   Steve and Kathy Gomez, real-estate agents at Rich Cosner’s Prudential California Realty in Rancho Cucamonga, recently negotiated the sale of a 7,013-square-foot retail building in Victoria Gardens for $3.6-million.  The building, known as Pad No. 15, is at 8008 Monet Ave.  The buyer is Eternal Legacy Properties LLC, and the sellers were Victoria Gardens Mall LLC, Forest City and Investwest.  The Gomezes were the only agents involved in the transaction.  Information: (909) 980-6000.
