R.C. banker named among ‘Most Powerful Women in Banking’

U.S. Banker magazine has recognized U.S. Bancorp in its selection of the “Most Powerful Women in Banking.”  For the fourth year in a row, U.S. Bancorp’s team of 56 female leaders ranked first among the Top Banking Teams for 2009.  Included in that list of leaders is Karen Racusin, senior vice president of consumer banking, who is based in Rancho Cucamonga.  “This has been an unprecedented year for all of us in the financial services industry, so I am extremely proud to see the hard work and leadership of all these women recognized by their peers,” Richard Davis, chairman, president and chief executive officer of U.S. Bancorp, said in a news release. “Their positive attitudes and commitment to their customers, shareholders, colleagues, employees, communities and families through this economic downturn is a testament to the character and quality of leadership that will bring this economy back to its feet.”
