A private buyer has acquired the industrial building at 9070 Rancho Park Court, Rancho Cucamonga, for $1.43 million, according to costar.com
The buyer plans to occupy the property after the seller, owner/operator of Northstar Systems, moves out. Milo Lipson and Richard Schwartz of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Barret Woods of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
