Medical office building in Upland changes hands for $1.3 million

Inland Rheumatology & Osteoporosis Medical Group has purchased the office building at 1238 E. Arrow Highway, Upland, from private investors for $1.3 million, according to costar.com Lee Spence of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented both sides of the transaction.
