Fontana’s Community Assistance Program will hold a “Budgeting 101″ seminar 6-8 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Cypress Community Center, 8380 Cypress Ave. Instruction will be given on how to track spending, develop a plan to save toward goals, pay down debt and improve financial stability.
