CVB Financial, parent company of Citizens Business Bank, will report its earnings for the fourth quarter of 2011 and the past year as a whole after markets close on Jan. 18.
The banking firm’s management is scheduled to discuss their financial results in a conference call the following morning.

Beauty 21 Cosmetics is set to move from Rancho Cucamonga to Ontario after buying a 231,000-square-foot industrial property.
Beauty 21’s brands include L.A. Girl USA cosmetics.
The building, at 2021 S. Archibald Ave., is part of Archibald Business Center. The property sold for $15 million, according to CT Realty Investors and Behringer Harvard, the property’s previous owners.

Dollar General, a Tennessee based discounter, plans to hold a job fair Thursday and Friday in Ontario to hire some 300 employees as the company expands into Southern and Central California.
The job fair is scheduled to take place from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday at Best Western Plus Ontario Airport, 209 N. Vineyard Ave., Ontario. Dollar General is also scheduled to accept applications from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the same location.
Dollar General reported a $171 million profit for the quarter ending Oct. 28.
BrightSource Energy, Inc., the Oakland company developing a solar generating plant in the Mojave Desert, announced the appointment of Richard “Dick” Kelly as the firm’s new chairman of the board.
Kelly is the former chairman and CEO of Xcel Energy, which is an electric utility operating in the Midwest, Great Plains and Rocky Mountain regions.
BrightSource’s new chairman also holds an MBA from Regis University, which is in Denver.
State Sen. Bob Dutton, R-Rancho Cucamonga, is scheduled to speak at the San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce’s legislative breakfast.
Dutton is scheduled to address political issues affecting business and his views on how redistricting may affect the Legislature. Dutton, facing term limits in the State Senate, is running for an Assembly seat against Mike Morrell, a Republican who represents the Rancho Cucamonga area in the state’s lower house.
