Was the game at Dominguez? If so, it is typical of somethin that would happened there. Maybe the refs didn't show up because they don't get paid as it happens in their soccer games.
Is that kind of score really necessary Lakewood? You finally get a team & have to run up the score? What's wrong with you???
Where did this Schultz kid come from for Lakewood?? Even though it was against Cabrillo, I heard he is a really good young QB and looked great last night. Lakewood is really turning out alot of talent since the new coaching staff came in a few years ago. Great for Long Beach football!!
What would you have Lakewood do? Would you want Lakewood to snap the ball and take a knee for 15 minutes and not allow all the other players play that don't usually play? Wouldn't taking a knee or something along those lines be more of an insult? From what i understand, Cabrillo was able to finally score late in the game which tells me THEY never stopped trying. Hey Bobby, Cabrillo should exit the Pac 5 or you should be quiet. Wait until you see what Poly and the rest of the league does to them.
How can we see league standings, like for SGVL, Moore, etc., whatever league we want.

Like Warren. If the Warren-Domingues football game was postponed, why can we not yet read detailed explanation, like what really happened, and when will game be rescheduled.
Forever we've found it most difficult to get this kind of information so we could follow and support our alma maters.
We would hope it would be much much improved now with the internet.
But still frustrated.

Tyler Schultz, the junior QB from Lakewood has been around for 3 years now, and took his then Lakewood freshman team to the first undefeated season of 10-0. As a sophomore he went 9-1, only to loose to Poly by one point. He currently is Lakewood's J.V. starter and is 6-0 now and is back-up to Jesse Scroggins. He would be a starter at any other program if he weren't sitting behind USC bound Scroggins. Schultz is very accurate and scrambles well out of the pocket. He also has a very strong arm able to go deep, which he did Friday night w/that 40 yard end-zone strike. He will be a great replacement next year and contribute to Lakewood's ever improving talent pool!
This response is for "Robert". What are you talking about? This is not "Pop Warner" football anymore! You did not say anything when Compton beat Cabrillo 61-13 a week before Lakewood! Someone always have to say something about Lakewood. Stop your whinning, this is football a man's sport, and should be played until the clock runs out. I'm a female and I know that.
