I'm hoping Norwalk wins just so that Mayfair can have a chance at beating Norwalk for just a share of the Suburban League title, (and also because we Monsoons have a deep hatred for those Matadores). It'll be tough but the Monsoons can do it. GO NORWALK, and then GO MAYFAIR!

Its gonna be hard playing defense getting pounded then go and pull on offense, battle is gonna start up front with the line, both LM and NWK's O-Line, will any D-Line make a difference?? Lancers stay undefeated and La Mirada slips to second..

La Mirada will wear down Norwalks Offensive line where there are 4 guys that go both ways and win in the 2nd half. The one thing no one has said yet Norwalk can't stop the pass to save their life. Coach Ceniceros comment in the Los Cerritos News that he had his bad game and glenn was lucky he didnt beat them 60-7. Welll guess what Karma is a b#@$#. La Mirada 42 and Norwalk 21. Norwalk will struggle to stop the pass Daniel Poncedeleon will throw for over 300 yards.

So I don't get why all these NHS fans think they even have a chance! That offense is a total gimmick, all you need to stop it, is a hard nose D that won't take downs off! LMHS's D is just that D they have shut down everyone excluding La Habra and they scored 21 on special teams. Norwalk please understand that this is high school football and you guys have no chance Friday with that pop warner offense. Everyone said Mayfair would destroy LM but those kids lined up every play and pounded a good Mayfair team! Better luck next year, just a little advice if you want to beat good program's get away from the Wing T.

Gimmick? please why is it a gimmick, its effective and produces wins for Norwalk. Why isn't a screen pass, draw, reverse or a pitch pass a gimmick, or lets just say a TRICK play. Norwalks offense is simple, run between the tackles and stop us thats it, kinda like usc's student body right of student body left. So lets be real call it what you want Norwalk is finally blowing out teams that used to blow them out and now everyone is bitter.

Shadow my mann... i know they are plenty of good games this friday night, but i would like to personally in invite you to WITNESS LM lost to NWk.. I would love for you to see how Nwk is going to steam roll the kids from "up top of the hill.." LM has beat Norwalk year in and year out for the longest time I can remember... it’s not the same in the suburban league, I don’t know if it’s the water or kids are just jamming out and going to The Lakewood’s, poly's, or Los al.. Dont really know... What I do know is the kids from NWK have something to say about that... this is not the same Nwk from years passed... They have a swagg more confidence than cockiness... They didnt parade last year.. they have more class than that, La Mirada players, Parents, have no class or respect to others. I have been there... and witnessed it first hand. But I will invite you to the parade friday after the game is over.... you can parade your way back down pioneer to rosecrans and go back to your hills... the poop doesnt run down hill anymore La Mirada! like the parents once told us when we played la mirada a few years ago... Dummys!! its called a double wing not a wing-t and just wait i hope la mirada's d line understand they are gonna be bruised for the next two weeks..Norwalks offense is way stronger and faster than the look your JV players have been giving you all week..haha all you will see is one side of the norwalk o line collapse the defense then a couple pullers pick up your line backers your defensive end get kicked out by our beast at full backs, #21 and #9 and automatic 8 yards..hope you guys can read the traps or else its "TOUCH DOWN DAVION EDWARDS!!" haha!!
Just fyi im not a fan of any of these teams but Dominguez high won 3 cif titles if im not mistaken with a wing-t offense. In HS football it has proven itself but than Dominguez had lineman that averaged 6'2" with guys like Justin Wyatt, Rich Alexis running the ball and the Simmons family at defense. Not quite the lancers. Dominguez played some very good teams in there off season also, not poor programs.

The only reason The W-T is not used in collage and the pros is because the D players are too fast @ that level... Why don’t you think pro teams run the OPTION??? The true Speed option.. Shows how much you know... the W-T works!! it is THE MOST HIGH SCORING O in high school football history. At least in Cali... So if you are telling me that LM has a bunch of Studs on D that have wheels... then I would worry... but all the real talent jam’s out to BETTER schools anyway so nothing to worry...
it’s a given Nwk has not played really good schools THUS FAR.. So why open up the playbook?? NO u save the good stuff for the good team’s right..? Occurs you do... Thats the thing, you think you've got it figured out in practice and you get all happy then that o-line comes at you much faster than your jv players did..then your out of place on defense cuz you have to change your scheme and linebackers are now on the d line getting even more thrashed and then your d is on the field for 5+ minutes at a time with no rest then issaq(your best lineman) has to go back on Offense and is to tired to pull when a linebacker hits your rb and its just common sense, wear the d line down and its La La La Mirada 2nd place..End of story.

Lets be realistic, Norwalks offense is going to score point, eat up clock, and gain yards. But Norwalks defense is their achilles heel too many of their guys who have to pull and block on Offense play defense. They wear down in games that are close. The only team to play them close this season was Glenn, no matter how much people talk crap to glenn. They held Norwalk to 7 points in the 2nd Half and forced 3 fumbles as you could see that Norwalks Running Backs where tired. They also threw for over 250 yards and ran all over them in the 2nd half. Norwalks defense gave up 28 points in the 2nd half and almost lost the game. La Mirada's team is deeper than Glenns and their QB is a more accurate passer. I still think that Norwalk can't stop the pass. Sorry but Norwalk has gotten no respect because they havent earned it your 7-0 while playing the worst preseason schedule of any of the teams in the league.
