Don't know the eligibility rules of a transfer in high school. In college, a transfer in D-I has to sit out until the following season before he can play. High school might be different. It might be a case of allowing a player to play simply because his new address is now within the district boundries. High school athletes are transferring for strictly athletic reasons all over the place these days, and they are finding loopholes in the rules to do it legally. We'll have to check this one out.

You may not know, and thats ok. But Burlison the basketball writer has to now the transfer policy.
