A sport that bores even those paid to promote it

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CORRECTION: MAJOR LEAGUE LACROSSE ANNOUNCES 2008 SCHEDULE

Boston, Mass. (January 17, 2008) – Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, today issued a correction to their earlier press release entitled Major League Lacrosse Announces 2008 Schedule. In that release, it was stated that the Los Angeles Riptide had defeated the Denver Outlaws in the 2007 Major League Lacrosse Semi-Finals in Rochester. In fact, the Los Angeles Riptide defeated the Rochester Rattlers, while the Philadelphia Barrage defeated the Denver Outlaws in their respective 2007 Semi-Finals games.

The revised release is attached.

I know, it gets so confusing. ... Think they can also revise the spelling of "semifinal"?
