It's the kind of broken record the Angels love to hear, and the Dodgers don't.
And the timing is all the more interesting on a day the Dodgers announced long overdue plans to spruce things up around Dodger Stadium, at a cost of about $500 million.
For the fifth consecutive year, a survey of ESPN.com's "Fan Nation" -- that's about 80,000 opinions -- have determined the Angels deliver the most among all MLB teams in the "Fan Satisfaction Rankings."
The Dodgers come in the 2008 poll ranked 20th among the 30 MLB teams.
As for the 122 pro teams included in the survey, the NFL's Indianapolis Colts rank No. 1 overall, based on what they give back to fans who invest their time and money in the organization. The Angels are No. 6 overall; the Dodgers are No. 77.

For the Angels, the categories they scored highest in were:
==No. 4 in CCH (Coach/Manager): Strong on-field leadership.
==No. 6 in BNG (Bang for the Buck): Wins over the past three years per revenues directly from fans.
==No. 6 in AFF (Affordability): Price of tickets, parking and concessions.
Those rankings are among all 122 teams, not just in the MLB.
The Dodgers ranked No. 21, an embarassing No. 107 and a dismal No. 65 in those three categories.
In all eight categories, the Angels ranked higher than the Dodgers.

Other categories include:
==In FRL (Fan Relations): Ease of access to players, coaches & management, the Angels rank second in the MLB (and No. 21 overall); the Dodgers rank 23rd in the MLB, 85th overall).
==In OWN (Ownership): Honesty; loyalty to players and city, the Angels are third in the MLB, 23rd overall; the Dodgers are 13th in the MLB, 64th overall).
==In STD (Stadium Experience): Friendliness of environment; quality of game-day promotions, the Angels are 12th in the MLB and 25th overall; the Dodgers are 19th in the MLB, 48th overall).
==In PLA (Players): Effort on the field; likability off it, the Angels are fifth in the MLB, 19th overall; the Dodgers are 21st in the MLB, 76th overall.
==And in TTR (Title Track): Titles already won or expected -- soon, the Angels are sixth in the MLB, 16th overall, the Dodgers are 12th in the MLB, 41st overall.
