We've got plans Thursday to be at a movie theatre in Hollywood taking in the Raiders-Chargers games with 3D glasses as part of an experimental broadcast (see this link), and trying to figure out if this is the next big wave of coverage for the game, now that HDTV seems to be passe to some of us. (Not us, in particular. Just those of us who are gadget crazy and want the next, big thing).

We'll write more about the experience in Friday's media column. Until then, here's the rest of the weekend for the NFL, not in any other dimension than is presented on your new 42-inch flatscreen that you purchased at Circuit City on Black Friday:

THURSDAY:

==5 p.m., NFL Network: Oakland at San Diego (with Bob Papa and Cris Collinsworth)

SUNDAY:

==10 a.m., Channel 11: Philadelphia at N.Y. Giants (with Ken Albert, Moose Johnson and Tony Siragusa). Fox also has Minnesota-Detroit and Atlanta-New Orleans.

==10 a.m., Channel 2: Jacksonville at Chicago (with Greg Gumbel and Dan Dierdorf). CBS also has Cleveland-Tennessee, Cincinnati-Indianapolis and Houston-Green Bay.

==1 p.m., Channel 11: Dallas at Pittsburgh (with Joe Buck, Troy Aikman and Pam Oliver). Fox could have also picked St. Louis-Arizona, which still confuses us: Which one is the Cardinals? CBS has Miami-Buffalo (in Toronto), New England-Seattle, Kansas City-Denver and N.Y. Jets-San Francisco (with Jim Nantz and Phil Simms).

==5:15 p.m., Channel 4: Washington at Baltimore (with Al Michaels, John Madden and Andrea Kremer).

MONDAY:

5:30 p.m., ESPN: Tampa Bay at Carolina (with ... does it really matter? Really?)
