It's the latest commercial with Spike Lee pimping the new cover of the videogame NBA2K10, and apparently allowing anyone to vote on which photo will actually end up on the box.

Spike, of course, tends to lean toward this one. If it has to be Kobe Bryant, why not one with a uniform that looks better in New York than L.A.?

The TV spot launched during ABC's "NBA Countdown," and will get a run online for awhile. Voting can take place for one of four Kobe covers at http://www.2ksports.com/vote/ Voting ends June 16.

Quick note: As of 9:15 p.m., the Kobe in a Knicks uni had 32 percent of the vote, a close second to the same pose of him in the Laker jersey (35 percent).
