NBC's NFL audible: Dungy, Harrison run away to join the circus; Bettis' act just got old

| | Comments (0) |

And somehow Brett Favre doesn't have a broadcasting job yet? Oh, right. He hasn't retired.

Former coach Tony Dungy and recently retired (as of Wednesday morning) safety Rodney Harrison, who were on NBC's last Super Bowl coverage as special guests, are signed on to be permanent NBC's "Football Night in America" studio show as analysts, joining Cris Collinsworth, Keith Olbermann, Bob Costas, Dan Patrick ... Art Donovan ... David Ducovney ... Tiki Barber ... Red Barber ... Len Elmore ... Peter Puck ... Arnold The Pig ... sorry, we've lost track.

Except to note that Jerome Bettis' bus has pulled out of the station and his services are no longer needed. Like, anyone rides a bus anymore anyhow.
