I am surprised that CIF disallowed the league’s appeal. It’s possible that the drive to make the appeal at Southern Section offices for Sheehan, Northview hoops coach Ron Rice and Covina football coach Darryl Thomas was less than what they’ll have to make once the football playoffs start.
