I think that it has to put alot of pressure on this kid! Sure he's a good talent, but having a weekly posting of just one running back is probably too much! There are others out there tearing it up and currently have more yards than Aaron. Spread the success!

Aaron Harris? Must of missed something, Who is he? And why would you put a bull's eye on his back. This over and under is locker room material for any team that plays against BP and Mr. Harris. Are you sure the coach at Baldwin Park is okay with this? When "they" hurt him get ready for the emails and complaints. Kind of surprising. Last week when Travis and Mendrun sustained injuries vs.SJB( slight concussion and bruised lung respectively) parents were livid because of a statemet attributed to you, "that Mark and Travis would embarass secondaries"! They thought it put a bull's eye on them. Anyway, for what's it worth...give it some thought.

You are right that you are media and "that is what you do". I just wish that "what you do" did not involve high school kids. There is a difference between professional, college and high school kids. I just worry that this is causing problems at the school or that the coaches worry too much about yards instead of winning or losing. I heard a player on the team (I assume) say that "we" are so much more than Aaron. That is creating annomosity between kids that doesn't have to be there. I know it is all in fun, I just don't like singling out individuals.

OK, thanks CW. I knew there'd be at least one person who came with that angle. Just be sure to tell the team that we here at www.insidesocal.com/aram are not the coaches or the players. We're fans and media and this is the kind of thing we do. And you should keep in mind that this website has close to 110,000 hits since it opened, so people who had no idea who Aaron Harris is now know he's good enough to be the only player singled out on a weekly basis. So good that we all wonder how many yards he's going to get every week.

This is not fair to Aaron, the team and the coaches. This is supposed to be fun but putting pressure on a kid and coaches to get a number instead of just thinking about the team is wrong. Aaron is one member of a pretty talented team. Coaches and kids should not be interested in this stuff, but in reality they are. Watch out Bulldogs!

The only chance Azusa has to "shock the world" is if Baldwin Park shows up at Azusa h.s. instead of at Citrus College.Baldwin Park will crush Azusa by at least 24 pts and Harris will be close to 300 yds on less than 20 carries. "QUOTE THAT"!!!
