Truth out of Amat:....has KB scaming on his best friend and teamates girlfriend......hey High school is High school and SH-- happens.....but to he the week of the Loyola game KB was at Practice Weds. truth of the matter came out Thurs...He did not show to practice thurs. and quit the team and did not show to the game Friday....Intimidated YES........little head thinking for the big head...well with teens it is almost a lock he would take the bait....best friend teammate or not.......Well he is in Baseball mode now and the baseball team are his friends now but next year football will he show up?....I am sure Verti will get him to come out...how much he will be accepted is another question....he does not have to worry the best friend he hosed is a senior this year and will be gone....but will the rest of the juniors forget?....Football players are really down on him right now.......

Good that Bonilla changed his mind.....but will he play football next year seeing how he quit on his teammates the week of the last game vs Loyola.. over a girl.?? It is going to be hard to earn his teammates respect after that season ending fiasco...the team is still pissed with him..messed with the wrong guys girl.....he is on the outs with the football team....he should have transfered so he can get a fresh start with a new football team...I hear he is not that good and sits the bench in Baseball. Any word on Johnny Crespo returning to Amat?...hear he is looking to transfer....With or without Bonilla Amat will get in CIF next year......

Rumors re:Bonilla leaving AMAT for Chino Hlls. Bonilla is still at Amat ! He has been in classes this week. Looks like might have changed mind & decided to stay, which is the right choice for him, since he is also on the baseball team wish is now being coached by Andy Nieto of USC. " FYI " he wasn't leaving because of football ! rumors are it was over a girl ! Someone elses girl ! Kids these days need to think with the right head !!! if u know what i mean !

Bonilla is out of Amat and is headed for Chino Hills. Good for Chino Hills Bad for Amat. What a great player we have lost. Best of luck to Kevin Bonilla. Wish he would have stayed and played his Senior year at Amat. I guess he may have got tired of losing and wanted to see the post season. Altho Kevin lives in Walnut and is Zoned for Nogales HS, how did he get into Chino Hills???...I guess that doesn't matter Amat will move on without Kevin Bonilla and will still make the playoffs next year ...Damn good player to lose.......

Any chance of doing a piece on the Damien Defensive Line? I know the Damien Offense gets a lot of attention and Travis and Mendrun are very deserving but how about a Defense that was considered "suspect" and goes undefeated in league with 9 NEW starters!

How about Coach Bubba's O-line? 4 NEW starters! Someone's blocking and giving Mendrun time and making holes for Marine and Williams?

I can see it now, your photogragher trying to fit Damien's monster O/D line in one shot!

I think they deserve some recognition for being the backbone of the Undefeated Sierra League Champions!

If the powers that be do see the response and the interest that was generated thru this seasons coverages thy wont get my fifety cents throughout the year, and if they dont get my 50.cnts they wont sell any advertising spots, believe me now I buy a Tribune paper just to show my support in what they have done to cover high school football.

Anyway whats up with coach Gano how could he have known who they would play three weeks ago, he is either the leader of the greatest staff in recent memory or he's out of his mind, we shall see, this sounds to me like the kind of staff we need over a Bishoop someone who oozes confidence and success.

No one looks good in the Morning. It was the first show and it will get better once the games were played. You will have more details to talk about. The fact that you got it going is the most amazing thing. It was really cool!! This site and the tribunes coverage is 10,000 time better than the LA Times. I have check out there site once and once only. I was lost for about a hour and they really don't talk about the area teams. You are the Man Aram!!

It was good to get something like up on the site because yesterday was truly a big day.
Personally, I think I came up empty in the intro but rallied a little bit with the wrap up. It's hard for me to have any kind of personality in the morning. It's just how I am. Glad you all enjoyed it and keep coming back weekly for more.

It's amazing all this coverage is for High School football! I hope the brass at the Trib. is taking notice because Local High School Football coverage is why everyone in my family who lives in this valley takes the Tribune. Oh I cant leave out the Road to the Rose Bowl, Great job Kevin.
