RUMOR: West Covina to get field turf installed this spring ...
I don't know why I'm calling this a rumor, it's as good as gold. But until the first strand is put down and the first piece of rubber flies, it's not official. This will be a very nice score for the Bulldogs athletic programs.

Why isn't LA getting turf, or a re-soddering? Did they spend all the booster money on those ugly uniforms that everyone else got??

Ok, i just got the scoop.
B.P. will be getting a brand new stadium. Field turf installed, Brand new bleachers, new lighting
a all weather 9 lane track, new scoreboard, new pressbox, and new snackbar. I guess that other school in B.P. is getting the same. And it should be complete by the time the season starts......

I cannot help but think that this blog has something to do with these schools getting new turf. After all these years, they choose this year which so happens to be the SAME year that witnessed numerous complaints ON THIS BLOG, about the condition of various fields especially West Covina. If I remember correctly, was there not an actual picture of someone's field on this blog? Even without a picture, making a bad and neglected field publicly known is one heck of an embarrassment for a school district.

they have a transfer from Texas and most of the team is coming back except for will wallace and shawn and nick and george but I promise they will be in the playoffs agian and maybe get to the 2nd round again. I cant say much because WCHS is staying off this drama blogg. as they say watch out for the quiet ones.............
