Who'd have thunk it?

As part of the NFL's recent equality act, there must be at least one Armenian interviewed each off-season.

Who knew? AJ Pasalo thought he was listening to USC's offensive coordinator. Aram Tolegian thought he was listening to BYU's former QB. Michael Johnson thought he was listening to some guy who might be knocking at his door sometime soon to see if he wanted to play for him. In the end, at that glorious early December gathering called the CIF Football Championship Press Luncheon, we were all listening to the Raiders' next head coach. Steve Sarkisian has gone from co-goat of the UCLA loss to first person interviewed for the Oakland Raiders head coach vacancy in a month's time. Nice!

Just another coach for Godfather Al to jerk around...Anyone who takes this Raiders job is in deep bandini.....No QB no O-line = no points...Def. not bad tho........results will be the same...2 wins this past year for the Silver and Black and maybe just maybe 4 wins this next season.....5 years to rebuild this team.

Aram, you ARE the man....glad to see the new year has mellowed you. I give both of you credit for having the balls and the ambition to get in the mix.

By the way you write stories that matter. You do know your sports and do a tremendous service to all the parents and players in the Valley. By the way...Bill Gates never got his degree either....:-)

Yes, we were both put in place by the Armenian mafia.

Anyway, to answer your question about Sark, uh, it's the Raiders. They do stuff like this that doesn't make sense all the time. By the way, Sark is 32!!!

Wait Aram...your Armenian brother gets a look at a head coaching job before Norm Chow did? Explain that!

Sarkisian couldn't carry water for Chow much less leapfrog him to a head coahing gig....That must be the Steve Lavin Syndrome all over again. WOW! Who's decision was it to keep Bush on the sidelines last year? Look what Chow did with Vince Young...Offensive Rookie of the Year.

By the way where does Steve Lavin coach these days? What a joke. First we have a non degree journalist and now we have another non worthy assistant get the call "WAY TOOO EARLY!!! Armenian Mafia in full effect!
