Legal Issues

Quite interesting! I had a situation with a woman employee who was being harassed on our company email system along with dirty phone calls. Treats weren’t directly made against her but the language content and stalking was.

We had to get court approval to tap the phones and his email address. Interesting enough the information didn’t come directly to us; it went into the police dept. Then they went out and confronted the man at his home. The detectives claim the guy was married and broke down upon interrogation. Then we didn’t press charges because the police believed he didn’t want to ruin his family or wanted his wife to find out!

The point is, the tribune needs to be very careful here, because the law is really weird with phone and email crap. Go figure, Bush can tract our conversations by the new national securities act but we have to go through red tape!!

Don't throw out "outing" bloggers...if this is open to people, you can 't don't throw out small threats like that if you don't like what's being said about you

This is very disapp, I am praying for you, I think that fame is getting to your head, you are becoming a big conglomerate enterprize (sorry I got dizzy with these words)who has resorted to censore us like big brother US government. Don't you realize this forum keep us from physically lashing at our HS coaches and fellow kiss ass parents while our kids sit on the bench. Foul language is just an expression of the pen, a punching bag that relieves our tension from the everyday pressure we receive from our bosses , wives and fellow HS coaches. And now you have fallen victim of these goodie goodie parents who shouldnt even be on this blog.
