How come at this time there zero much more a lot of these websites? Your content are perfect and get to themes or templates, that are unable to always be recognized all over the place. Please continue penning this sort of fantastic materials, it could be absolutely important. The net can be full of incredible waste, seeing that A single will be delighted when you learn anything. Exactly why typically are not there a lot more? Commonly do not abandon me dangling!

Great! Thanks for post

Have you considered adding some differing opinions to your article? I think it might enhance viewers' understanding.

Very interesting, but I don't think it's true.

If you're still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you'll know which is right for you.

This blog appears to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you promote it? It gives a nice individual spin on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to say is the most important factor.

Hi! Your article rocks and is really a very good understand!…

you are my breathing in, I own few blogs and infrequently run out from to brand : (.

I am impressed, I must say. Very seldom do I discover a blog that's both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you've hit the nail on the head. Your thoughts is important; the matter is something that not a lot of people are talking intelligently about. I'm very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.

MTC,FANatic....This game will tell us where the Tartans are really at. Forget all the speculation, polls and hype. ITS GAME TIME!! I am excited. Can you feel it?

Anonymous said:

mtc,

i think you, fanatic and plaid lad are all good for the tartans. in your own ways and perspectives, the team is very lucky to have all of you.

Anonymous said:

pipers,

i don't think the tartans need to worry much about the etiwanda running game, it's the passing game which makes etiwanda a dominate factor in the IE. Their QB has an arm and the WR has offers from D1 schools.

the mighty tartan d needs to pressure the QB into making hazardous throws and hope the secondary can pick off a few like last fridays game.

this will certainly be a great challenge for the tartans. hopefully, they will shine for the sgv. were counting on you. good luck tonight!

go glendora tartans.

White Flag,

Sometimes things here can be misconstrud. FANatic and I are on the same page and he's a oldtimer here in the blog. We know how to play the game here. We respect each other and he can "backhand" me when he thinks I'm out of line. We have been taking little "jabs" at each other dating way back.

The FANatic is a good guy and a true blue 'bagpiper"

And I don't know about you two, but I'm a little nervous about tonight and I have my game face on right now.

Late!

27-13 fairly dominating performance for the tartans, imo...

etiwanda is overrated and some say glendora as well so we shall see...

i think the tartans are going to make etiwanda a one-dimensional team absolutely shutting down the run but thats just my opinion..

Good post Dan!

I'm so glad we can all get behind our SGV teams when we play out of towners. You are right Dan, we don't live on an island and we must show our friends in IE, OC and North Valley that the SGV is a POWERHOUSE of great talent and deserves RESPECT.

I would love to see ALL SGV teams win Thursday and Friday. This would be awesome for our area!

GO SGV!!!!!!!

Yes, Northview will dominate on their way to an undefeated season. No one in the Valle Vista can match up this year. It's our turn to roll, can you stop us?

VANNER said:

South Hills will beat La Habra 31-10 is my prediction. last years loss and losing (gifting) the first one to Trabuco Hills has these dogs ready to avenge last year ! South Hills usually takes a bit to start rollin but come league and playoffs they will be Very Scary! Like two years ago Scary!

Dan said:

Good luck to Glendora,South Hills,Damien,Duarte
Charter Oak,Amat,D.Ranch, and everyone else who is playing an out of town school, lets show them there is some good football out here.
I think S.Hills will bounce back and beat La Habra in another tight one, and I got a good feeling on the Glendora game with the tartan "D"
and the suprise offense, Charter Oak hung tough with Upland so they should handle La Mirada, the Matadors are tough but they don't appear to be as good as their teams from the late 90's & early 2000's. Amat will be in for another tough one
against Hart who just beat Moorpark [Moorpark is a program that has stepped up recently, reaching the CIF championship 2 years in a row, playing Canyon Country last year & St. Bonneventure the year before]. but you never know, cause we're dealing with highschool kids so good luck to all
and GO BULLDOGS!

FANatic said:

Sorry for the misspellings, I was on the phone while typing my post.

DHS:

Appreciate the support brother! Good luck to you guys too. As I said earlier, Etiwanda may not have been much of A powerhorse in the past, but they do have several D1 prospects and a CIF ranking.

What is everybody talking about? Glendora better whoop Etiwanda they aren't even a power house of the IE. They had their first good season in like decades last year. So if Glendora loses this game it's a shame, but i'm rootin for the tarties you gotta back up your fellow SGV brethren.

FANatic is on the Blog!

Hey guys, lets all try to remember it's only a BLOG! (laughing) No back handed slap Mikely intended. You have the right to say whatever you feel. I support that 1000%. I didn't type your words for you and you didn't type my words. We must all take responsibilty for our posts. However, I would rather be the one saying "I told you so all along" and not the one saying, "OK I under estimated my team". Now there is always that likely hood some my have to say, I screwed up big time! (Laughing). Hopefully, it won't be me!!!

I say support your school. We will win some and we will lose some. So what. I don't need to be right all the time (just most the time!). But, I am not a fair-weather fan by any means and that is for sure. I stuck it out with the Broncos in the good times and bad times. I never removed the bumper sticker or banner (until of course Elway retired). Now I am a Indy Colt fan no matter who they play. I yell at the TV after a lot of poor showings, but I would never bet against my Colts regardless of who they play. No, not me!

Part of the fun of supporting a sports team, to me anyways, is getting into the spirit through thick and thin. Thats exactly how I feel about my Tartans. Hey, every team will when a few and lose a few, but my support for the team will be consistent with my words and action.

Having said that, doesn't mean I'm blind to areas of improvement. I get pissed off after games like every one of you Joes. I've been one to let the coaches know it, one-on-one, just the way it should be.

GO TARTANS!!

MY PICK NORTHVIEW!!!
Go get'em!
I like the Community Pep Rally idea. Walk around with a Northview Football shirt on & people usually comment. THEY LOOK GOOD THIS YEAR! GOOD LUCK THIS YEAR or glares from rival schools... it's all good!

Anonymous said:

NORTHVIEW vs WALNUT.. WHAT DO U THINK?
I HAVE TO GO WITH NORTHVIEW

Big Blue said:

Great Idea Trojan Man,

The Lakes in West Covina by Edwards Theatre would be a ideal place for a all SGV HS school pep rally. It should be set up by Booster presidents. The turnout would be large. Players, Cheerleaders and JAA kids (showing them something to look forward too). Bands also. Throw in a Mini bonfire and you got it going on. That would bring some spirit to the SGV football teams as they head off into playoffs.

Question ? What do you hear about or think about Community Pep Rallies . Showing the SGV schools that the Community stands behind them & support our young men as they represent our Cities on the field of play . GREAT opportunity to generate school spirit & $$$ for booster clubs , selling items . JAA kids could come & meet the local HS players . I think some communities have lost touch with our HS programs . I remember back in the day you could buy shirts & memorabilia for your favorite HS teams @ Grocery stores . I WISH I STILL HAD SOME OF THAT STUFF !

Just a thought ...

My HEAD and HEART is with the MIGHTY TARTANS!
and so should be SGV fans pully for this victory against a tough IE team. Win or lose, this Tartan team is for real.

Etiwanda is FAST with a number of D1 prospects, including some very tough O-lineman. Should be a real test for our mighty D.

I'm going with Steve on this for a Tartan victory. This game will not be easy and most likely the toughest on our schedule.

I hope all of us in the SGV can get behind the Tartans on this game.

I have faith in you boys! Go get em!!

FANatic has left the Blog as nervous as ever!

Best game of the week that is area close is So. Hills at La Habra. I will be in Canyon Country pulling for the Lancers but this is a very good match up. It is not that far of drive. Up over Fullerton Road at Valley in City of Industry and a right on Whittier Blvd to Idaho St.. La Habra has allot of returning juniors that are seniors now and the Match up against this Dorian Wells led So. Hills team will be a good one. Max Preps has La Habra winning this one. I can see So. Hills pulling the upset if they stay away from the penalties that cost them the game with Trub. Hills.

Mike the Clone said:

Man I must be becoming "soft" because my heart is telling me "bagpipers" but my head is telling me "Edti" and the only reason being is our win was against Covina a team obviously that is going through a transition with all do respect to the Colts.

Sure it's nice to see our offense roll for 400 plus and we started in the Covina red zone a couple of times thanks to our D on interceptions. To see our offense respond to a seventh ranked team will be interesting. "The Kluz" is going to have to be thinking on his feet picking up "reads" and "checking off" this early in the season. This is a big test for him as well as the O-line.

The other concern is the penalties because of not having the right personnel on field. Whoever the bench coach is he had better wake up! That’s just plain not paying attention to what’s going on.

This is a tough one because we have something to prove! Freddie I tend to believe your last statement is pretty much where I'm leaning right now.

The only thing we got from the Covina game was a good warm-up against a team that’s down and that’s something you just don’t go bragging about.

Late!

I do hope Glendora wins . It would bring some repect to The Tartans , and the SGV .I am so sick about hearing of the IE & OC teams on this blog .This is the S G V . somebody needs to go out & EARN some respect for us . Right now I think Glendora has the best chance . Unless Amat puts a hurting on Hart , AND I SOOO hope that happens . GOOD LUCK TO ALL TEAMS IN THE SGV .
