Found out the hidden stud of walnut is Steven "Eli Manning" Garcia. If that is the hidden secret over in Walnut that is a laugher. He is a pretty boy wanker that he and his pop live in his travel baseball glory days and hide behind the fact that he cannot make the grade in HS but if he did he would be all universe. Put up or shut up Garcia you are no good. Has been, never was, written all over this wannbe. I am a Mustang I know him. bad bad news.

I read Keith Lair's article regarding the hiring of Mike Parisi at Pasadena High School and could not believe anyone in the District Office or the high school's administration could make such an error in judgment. Does the thought of possibly producing a winning baseball program take precedence over the moral environment in which the sport should be taught, played and coached? Parisi was arrested for a reason. The Arcadia School District did not renew his contract for a reason. His arrest and prosecution (as far as it went )was not based on rumors, innuendos and hot air gossip. The fact that his plea bargin based on a drug rehabilitation program expunged any conviction is information every parent with a son in the program at Pasadena High School should know. As far as Tony Brooks' taking in only the facts, I wonder if he spoke to any of the Arcadia parents who had sons in the program under Mike Parisi's guidance? I wonder if he spoke with anyone from Arcadia High School's administration? In order to get a second chance, Parisi has to be honest enough to admit he made a mistake. That admission certainly wasn't made in the article! Pasadena High School has shown a blind eye to integrity in the hope of a better baseball program.

In HS and still plays travel. kidding right. A's and B's in what sewing class and drama class. Walnut really needs to get it together with their boy's teams. last nites Basketball game over at Nogales was horrible. I hear your best kids will not play baseball due to not wanting to get embarrassed by the likes of us and WC and Nogales. same stands for Football with the boys from Walnut. change the logo over there WAL(NO)NUTS.

The kid has all A's, and B's. His dad is piss because he had one C. That is why he can't play. No he doesn't play any other sports. Just travel baseball.

#1 Fan,

I guess whomever "HE" is, that he is not a baseball player because as you said it is a waist (that is where your belly falls over) waste of HIS time, and you do not get noticed there. I take it "HE" Is he a football player? or a wrestler? what does this so called stud of Walnut play? does not matter if he is a great player and he does get noticed in whatever he plays, if he cannot get the grades in HS he will not get them in college so what is your point? A HS phenom that does not play. get to your point #1 Fan. you are propping a kid over in Walnut that is unproven because of grades??? he needs to get on the playing surface before you can put him up there, stop living in his Lil League days.

He stop playing pony ball a long time ago. Nothing but travel. Yes he is that good. I hope he come out this year. High school baseball is a waist of his time. You don't get seen by playing high school ball

#1 fan,

First off I was the one wo said the Water Polo team was decent over in Walnut and I do not dispute that? Secondly who is HE? Does Walnut have some hidden stud that cannot play because of grades. I have no clue who HE is?...your 2003 Walnut pony teams were some of best we would play against over at Walmerado, that is what surprises me that Walnut cannot field a better baseball program. I am sure Romano at Nogales may havesome of them. If HE is that good then tell him to get his head out, I sure would like to see who HE is???? Does He play football or wrestle becuase you really need all the hep you can get over there in Mustang land...Nice homes by the way.

Huskienator first of all the boys water boys is that good. For baseball maybe he will play if he get his head out of his behin. He did not play for two year because of his grades. Yes when he did played agains wc reds he kick butt.

#1 fan.
Wait til Sat. when your righteous Girls BB team get to tangle with the Lady Lancers of Amat, then we can really see how good they are. You are correct, the boys over in Walnut are terrible in Baseball, basketball and especially Football. Waterpolo they are decent. Wrestling we smoked them like a fine Tiparillo. Will the baseball team even show up this year. Baseball? Are their any decent freshman, sophmore or juniors coming up to boost the varsity team this year. As lil leaguers we played some of the the better talent over in Walnut after the Gary Brown days and they were always decent unless most of those kids attend Nogales, I am surprised Walnuts boys baseball team is not up to par with the rest. Could be coaching? Football it is definitley coaching, I have witnessed it first hand at the game we played this past season.

Walnut boys team not doing so good, the girls are doing great in all three sport. Basket ball, soccer, and water polo. Way to go girls.
