Funny to see such dramatic changes in body wt. and muscle composition. Last year during track season, Gilmore was huge! I was amazed at his muscle mass. After seeing him run this year, he looks half the size with little muscle mass. That could mean one thing.....

Lean Machine the guy can flat out truck people iv seen it. benches over 300 plus pounds he's a beast. running that fast thats a beast!!!

Los Altos has a runner that has broken the school record in the 100M this year and isn't even on the list. His 200M times are in the top 5 as well. His times were in the Tribune so why isn't he on the list?
