Does this kid have what it takes to run this program maybe a little to young to coach varsity already should start a freshman level or maybe gano wants a young dude so he can put his input in when he wants to.

Don't understand all the critisizm I use to hear about Gano, seems like a great guy from the few times I ve heard him interviewd.
