Masterful Performances

There's no slowing down Glendora freshman Gretchen Jaques, who set a Masters Meet record in the 100-free and finished second in the 50 free. Walnut senior Vincent Pai finished in style too, winning the 100 breaststroke by a nail. Read all about it.

I have to say that Im really unimpressed with this. I mean, sure, youve got some very interesting points. But this blog is just really lacking in something. Maybe its content, maybe its just the design. I dont know. But its almost like you wrote this because everybodys doing it. No passion at all.

Greg. Do you quarrel, sir?
One can have a tough time comparing two things, particularly, when both of them are fabulous, and confusion is bound to set in once you need to choose one of them. Comparison between Sony PlayStation three and Microsoft Xbox 360 is one such job, which is bound to leave you exhausted. Even probably the most ardent fan of gaming available will have a difficult time guessing which is much better, PS3 or Xbox 360. So that you can obtain the answer to this intricate question, 1 has to take a brief look at every single of these solutions and their salient functions as only right after undertaking so, 1 are going to be in a position to know, which is superior, xbox 360 or ps3.
Thank you for the opportunity to put their views on this subject
The castle is simply stupendous!!
This article gives the light in which we can observe the reality. this is very nice one and gives indepth information. thanks for this nice article Going to bankruptcy court earlier rather than later makes it more likely you'll get to hold onto those assets, as opposed to liquidating them to pay off your creditors.

There is visibly a lot to identify about this. I think you made certain nice points in features also.
I'm not convinced of that...
Awesome work there. .
Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
Thanks so much for this! I have not been this moved by a blog post for a long time! You have got it, whatever that means in blogging. Well, Youre certainly somebody that has something to say that people should hear. Keep up the wonderful work. Keep on inspiring the people!

That is good to hear because we do have many good swimmers representing the schools in the SGV.
We will have swimmers of the year, boy and girl, along with a first team that will come in for pictures.
If you were to treat swimming like other sports you would not only give a swimmer of the year but would list swimmers from other events like you do with the other sports by names the outstanding player at each position. The same holds true for track and field you would name the best at each event instead of just one person. As swimming is a time based sport this is easy to do. Some swimmers like Gretchn Jaques might be listed twice but you could decide if you wanted to keep her twice or list someother swimmer. Looking at the lists from CIF, Master Meet and Walnut Invite this is who I think should be named.
200 Medley Relay
Girls Glendora (just beat walnut by .08)
Boys Mark Keppel
200 Free Style
Girls Andrea Grant Walnut
Boys Ryan Chiu Mark Keppel
200 IM
Girls Michelle McCadden Glendora (I know Gretchen Jaques went faster at some league meets)
Boys Christopher Luu Mark Keppel (Aaron Woods of Damien was very close)
50 Free
Girls Gretchen Jaques Hands down Katherine Tse of Mark Keppel also broke 24
Boys Robbie Pusic Arcadia with Jordan Rivas not to far behind.
100 Butterfly
Girls Kylie Garcia she did not swim master and Emily Yu did well and Gretchen had a fast time at the Walnut Invite but I would still give it to Kylie.
Boys Perry Lee of Mark Keppel just faster then Vincent Pai of Walnut
100 free
Girls Gretchen Jaques Glendora, Andrea Grant hit All American on her relay going a 51.78. Also Katherine Tse of Mark Keppel and Vicotria Gibb of St Lucy's did well in this event.
Boys: Once again Robbie Pusic of Arcadia with Jordan Rivas not to far behind.
500 Free
Girls Andrea Grant of Walnut with Madeline Harback of St Lucy's very close.
Boys Ryan Chiu just edges out Ethan Bradley of Charter Oak.
200 Med relay
Girls St. Lucy's had the best finish at the Masters meet.
Boys: Charter Oak had the best finish for the boys.
100 Back
Girls Sandy Hon Gaberillino. Andrea Grant went faster at the Walnut Invite but I would give it to Sandy because she swam it at CIF.
Boys: Ethan Bradley just edging out Aaron Woods. In fact their CIF times were identical.
100 Breast
Girls Emily Yu Walnut. Automatic All American Cut. Top 8 at masters meet. She did get beat in league finals by Angela Kanigowski of Rowland though.
Boys: Vincent Pai Walnut hands down.
400 Free Relay
Girls Walnut Top 8 finish at the masters meet.
Boys: Mark Keppel.
I think this is a good, complete and accurate list. It will get some names in the paper who may have been over looked.
Just my .02 on the matter.
The masters meet is a funny meet. Most of the swimmers are really pumped for CIF but the masters meet still has not really caught on big time and the swimmers look tired. Gretchen is a great swimmer and could have one both events. She could be an 8 time CIF Champion and I am not sure if that has ever been done before. Vincent Pai is great in the 100 Breast and it shows with being Divsion 2 CIF Champ two years in a row and then winning the Masters meet this year. There were other good preformances that seemed to go unnoticed. Emily Yu and Kylie Garcia both swam All American cuts at CIF in the 100 Breast and 100 Fly and Andrea Grant got an All American cut in her 100 Free as the first leg of the relay at the Masters meet. Also Ethan Bradley hit the High School All American cut in his 500 Free and hit a consideration time in his 100 back. We have a lot of good swimmers in the Valley. Angela Kanigowski swam out of her mind to beat Emily Yu by .01 at the San Antonio Breastroke final. Michelle McCadden also had some great swims in her breastroke. Whenever I go to a meet I see good crowds. I think there is a high interest in swimming in the Valley and we are lucky to have some of the top swimmers in the state to watch.
