Charter Oak's Ethan Bradley came up just short in his signature races, the 100 backstroke and 500 freestyle. But overall, it was a solid day for area swimmers. Also click on Keith Birmingham's full photo gallery of Thursday's event.

The CIF-SS 2008 Swimming and Diving championships take place this week in Long Beach, with the finals Thursday-Saturday. You will find up-to-date heat sheets with results immediately following races on this link I've posted above.
