Keeping up with Cross Country - CIF next
Once again, a local coach has stepped up and offered to help give insight to what's going on in cross country. This comes from Glendora assistant coach Bob Ramsey

All of the SGV leagues held their league finals last week. For most athletes, it was the culmination of their season, but for some, they qualified to extend their schedule at least one more week at Saturday's CIF Divisional Prelims, held at Mt. Sac. Here are the results from the leagues that submitted their results here and/or to DyeStatCal.com.
