Fred,

Don't forget about Northview Women's Soccer. They are the best team that no one is talking about. They went 4-1 through the first round of Valle Vista league play losing an exciting game to San Dimas 3-1 that was closer than the score indicated (not to mention that Northview played the entire 2nd half down a player, controlled the game, and still had opportunities to tie the score at 2). Northview @ B.P. on Thursday will be a good game as BP has found their winning ways again. You should be covering this game from the Northview angle.

Fred,

What girls soccer games are you covering this week?

nothing too surprising here with Walnut. Same thing happened last year, struggled through the preseason and then won league. I guess there is something to be said about a tough preseason. I doubt Walnut will win it all, but who knows if they can get hot at the end...
