I just wanted to let you know about my latest update on the Prep Stars: Where are you now blog?
Today I write about former West Covina High School baseball star James Skelton, who could make the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Good Luck James. We all hope you make it in the big league.

Congratulations and good luck with the Diamond backs James, I remember in the 03 football season WC didn't have a QB so they made James the QB even though I believe he had never played the position before.
Thanks Joe,
I will do that.
Steve,
I think these updates on where our guys have gone are great. I like to keep track of our local players that move on.
A kid that has always flown under the radar (even in HS) is Chris Petit from San Dimas HS. After going to LMU he was drafted by the Angels in the 19th round and sailed through Single-A as Angels Minor League Player of the Month... twice! Last year he was in Double-A and his Arkansas team won the Texas League. He tore it up for the Scottsdale in the fall and has had a decent spring for the big club playing in about a dozen games and is making good contact at the plate, while being a very versitile outfielder.
Take a look and keep us posted.
Props to Pops:
Bill, relay the best wishes and good luck to James from our family on his continuing success.

PS. I'll keep my eye out for the seeing eye dog.
