Thanks for posting this, Fred. Obviously this is not the hotbed for Boys Volleyball with very few boys club teams, but every year we are seeing more high schools having teams. It's definitely a great spectator sport and, with the hard hits on Saturday, can be kind of dangerous for the crowd! Since there are only 80 scholarships in Mens Volleyball at the collegiate level (Title 9 casualty) the interest is not as strong as it should be.
We are hoping Ganesha will make CIF this year, but we have an uphill battle in the Mira Monte with Los Altos, Garey, Diamond Ranch, and now Pomona having strong programs.
