Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

I was just wondering..That's always a good thing to get a full ride to collage I totally commend her for that..I'm sure she worked really hard on getting this far..And I'm sure the whole family is proud of her.. And I'm sure your a proud brother..What you here and see are two different things.. and I kinda of go with both..When I see your dad coaching and see you in the dugout or next to it.. it makes you wonder..about the books.. You don't have to show me anything, I can care less what they are.. but your telling me your LA parent don't care..That's not normal in softball.. you don't see that anywhere else.. Why here?? Has your sister ever place at State or been to national's or place at national's..or qualified for national's just wondering..Has she ever been to National's and play.. I know that Cal lite went last year but she wasn't on that team..trust me I'm not bashing anyone here.. some people take this stuff so personal...Just wondering if she ever experience the National's and on what team??

!!!!!!! I saw on the last thread you keep asking what has the LA pitcher accomplished in travel ball well i will tell you she accomplished a full ride to Western Michigan University. And if she didnt accomplish anything does it really matter to you who are to sit there and judge what she accomplishes and what she doesnt. The reason i know is because im her brother im at her games. My name is David and no i dont sit in the dugout so if you see me please feel free to come up and ask me any questions i will be more than gladly to break down her stats with travel ball and highschool ball. Oh and by the way if you want to look at her stats for travel ball she plays for CAL LITE her coach is pam.

If you've seen her games so closely as you say you have you'll see for yourself, there is no need for anyone to boost her stats. so dont start that crap! Was a Patterson keeping score the past 3 years as well? And just because someone is keeping score doesnt mean thier posting the stats!if im not mistaken thats the job of the coach who needs a password,as you see at the top of the maxpreps page. how many parents are out here keeping score? if you know softball as much as you say you do then im sure you've seen many people doing this, same goes for travel ball! Nobody keeps stats there, but parents do it for the fun of it.

i know the last thread was deleted,but fyi the reason why "ayala dad" was singled out was he has come on SGV blogs talking smack putting down many different teams or players. hes not from the area or doesnt have anybody playing here why is he bothering us?

so when "!!!!!!!" was blogging and hasnt said who he is they asked if he was "ayala dad" using a different name out here stirring the pot, hed been mia a lil' while. No ones sh*it talking on Ayala. So relax,unless youve seen everything from day 1!

Your right maybe i should change the name to #1 Patterson fan. But believe it or not{i dont really care either way} but i am not related to her. As i said i am an La fan! If it seems that i keep defending her its probably because her name keeps getting brought up! As anyone else on here could see for them selves just go to maxpreps youll see her stats or anyone elses. Thats how im able to know what i know.You or any other parent or coach could do the same thing. But if it will make you happy i can, as i have before defended or put my opinion of other La players. I think Roxy is one of the best defensive catchers in the sgv, our shortstop Courtney is just great all around,our freshman centerfielder Mariah has a strong arm shes gonna be something to watch.I can go on and on about each and everyone of these ladies on La's team.They just just havent been brought up good or bad.

Trust me i know this is a team sport and these ladies are all doing great.

#1sgv fan..... FYI..LA has some up and coming freshman that are already starting on varsity and a few pitchers that are just waiting in the wings to step in, so LA should still be ok after these ladies graduate.

Hey Fred, what is up with the stats and records on Maxpreps. I know that alot of the teams in the area have played several games. The coaches got off to a good start entering data, now nothing.

Thank you for being one of the only ones thinking logical here,theres no way Bonita should be ahead of LA.Yes, they have more wins but realistically as of yet Bonita hasnt beaten them. the record between the 2 schools since Diana was a freshman is LA 10-Bonita0. that includes a pool play game at the arroyo tournament her freshman year.So far LA's only loss is to Etiwanda an IE team,not an sgv team so that shouldnt hurt their standings cuz they shut out other sgv teams.Including the no-hitter Patterson pitched to San Dimas,you know the team bonita had to win in international tie-breaker.....

How do you figure Glendora faced tougher competition? they played Charter Oak,wow big deal, they have no pitching,they graduated 6 starting seniors last year{including the dh} Even then la has beat them. LA's record being 8-1 vs. them{since Pattersons been there} LA only played Ontario Christian once and beat them as well.I agree with softball watcher if glendora had played etiwanda the first game it wouldve been LA and etiwanda in the end!

FYI LA IS AT BONITA TOMORROW MAYBE YOU SHOULD STOP BY AND WATCH,SEE WHO THE BETTER TEAM IS. I GUARANTEE EITHER WAY IT WILL BE A GOOD ONE! I KNOW PATTERSON AND CO. WILL NOT GIVE UP THEIR TOP SPOT WITHOUT A FIGHT!!!

More than have of those 27 allowed runs as you so nicely put it! have been UNEARNED runs there have been to many runs walked in against some of the better teams they have faced The pitching is what is killing them right now. And they also need a new coaching staff except for Smith those 2 other coaches in the corners aren't any help! There attitudes towards there players are horrible!!

Fred, San Dimas going through league undefeated! WOW! That is a good one Fred, BOLD but good. We will see what some of the others teams have to say about that.

somethingtothinkabout....everyone has an opioion I think LA had a decent game against Etiwanda, but if you look at the the stat's from the SD tournament, Glendora/Etiwanda, and LA/Etiwanda ok even, but the only game LA/Glendora has had since there pitcher's were freshman...LA beat Glendora, if you want to look at stat's. It would have been a good game to see LA/Glendora both pitcher's being hurt, I'm sure it would have been a good game..
As far as Glendora seeing better team's... not... maybe if Glendora played Etiwanda there first game, LA would have been in the Championship.......Who know's. My opinion I think LA is only gonna get better, they have a few more games under there belt and the team is working hard together!

I'm not a fan of the top 3, but I did see each and every one of them.

One fact is Etiwanda beat Los Altos 3-0, not 2-0. Just this matter? Yes, because it is the same score Etiwanda beat Glendora by.

Glendora by far faced better teams than Los Altos did. I know you didn't watch enough games to realize this, so maybe that's where your opinion comes from.

I truly believe both, Bonita and Glendora would have not only scored, but would have beat Los Altos if they faced each other.

I think you got it right. The Bearcats are much improved, they still do not deserve to be above LA or Glendora. Glendora was without Dana and they still played great games with Carly. Reese always has them ready to play. The Bearcats will be tested this week, we will see how they respond!!! Good luck Bonita!!!!

You have to remember that that Glendora's #1 pitcher didn't pitch that championship game(maybe a different outcome)And please correct me if I'm wrong.You can say Glendora or LA #1 right now.I would even throw BA in the mix.. I like all three teams. Its not like LA played some tough teams either. Your supposed to win those games. I do like what they did to the team that made the schedule...Karma.. People are probably giving to much credit to Bonita. Don't get me wrong, I think there a better team then last year's... but Bonita and San Dimas is more a rivalry game!!Even San Dimas lost some spunk..and Bonita most of there wins were in the Desert and against what teams?? How in your right mind can you move Glendora out of the #1 spot they still should be number #1 by far and I have no bias towards them you see I am a Bonita fan. If anyone looked impressive it was Bonita and Glendora did show experience like you have said before which will help them prevail in the end. Now look at these quality opponents' three of which are in your top ten.
