Just Tribbin, what's the 411?

Anything and anyone you want to talk about

After a great weekend off, here we go again. I'll have some new threads up later but in the meantime, what's Tribbin? Anything going on football wise that we should know about. Have players stopped transferring schools, any subtle coaching changes, any postion, err, quarterback wars going on out there? You know we love to hear about this stuff.

Come to think about it,
I should ask who you guy's think the
top SGV teams of this decade are [from 1998 to 2008].

Who do you guy's think would win between the 2003
Los Altos football team & this years Bishop Amat
team? Los Altos had a great D6 team that year, they were 14 & 0 & many including Aram T. thought they were D1 caliber that year beating an undefeated Orange Lutheran team who in turn had easily beaten D1 Mater Dei that year. Bishop Amat this year proved they were D1 caliber by beating Crespi & O-Lu. & gave Poly a run for the money, before losing in the final minute.
Also, how does this years Charter Oak team compare to the 2003 Los Altos team?
Could any of the South Hills Championship teams have kept up with the 2003 Los Altos team, or even this years CO teams? Their 05 team was pretty good and barley lost by a late field goal to D1 Esperanza that year[I think Esperanza was a Pac 5 semifinalist that year]. The 07 SH team was also pretty good as they just missed a late field goal that would have beat a good El Dorado team, I believe the kicker slipped in the mud on a short field goal attempt.

Fred I got to thinking over the weekend about this topic and thought others might have an opinion on this new phenom.

What do bloggers think of parents who hold back their kids for the sole purpose of having an athletic advantage?

Two of the biggest names on the basketball scene have done this recently?

Without getting too specific what do bloggers think about this practice. Seems most of the kids in question were actually straight A students to begin with so clearly it wasn't an academic issue?

Any thoughts Fred?...Any one?
