After a great week of baseball, it’s time to focus on the Tribune’s No. 1 and Division IV’s top-ranked Bishop Amat baseball team. The Lancers won their fourth straight with a 15-0 win over South Torrance to capture the Redondo tournament, improving to 19-5. This week the Del Rey League title is at stake. The Lancers (8-0) can all but wrap it up with a win at St. Paul (7-1) on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m., but if the Lancers stumble, the rubber match will be at Bishop Amat on Friday.
