yeah I agree bergara is a good ballplayer my son played with him for a while and would always be solid
Davey and Joshy (I think may be the same person) it is said that those who put down others are exposing their own weakness, insecurity, and inability. Why do you need to put down others? Putting down coaches, parents, and two fine players? It is obvious that both Nick and Josh had great seasons. Look at their stats on Max Prep. I did after seeing your attempt to bash both of them. Both had outstanding seasons and how can you put down players that hit over 500 in the combined playoff games? Seems to me that someone needs to grow up. At least learn to deal with your obvious hate for Bishop Amat. Get over it.
I don't get it? Why is this game not done like the Basketball All-Star game where the West meets East. I think it would be more fun to do it that way. Who picks these teams anyway?
That's my suggestion Freddy but it might be out of your hands!
Davey Nopes,
You are aware that Nick Bergara and his weak glove and bat is just a 3 year VARSITY starter, aren't you? Not to mention he is a great kid.
Hey, heres an idea why don't you present your problems with the kid and his father (YOU KNOW THE PRICK THAT WALKS ON WATER) face to face with his father, I'm pretty sure you'll both have lots to discuss, although it may end up being a one sided conversation with you being unconscious for a good part of it and all.
So, you keep blasting kids and their dads, oh and sleep well!!!
DUMMY
Davey, still smoking pot i see. you have no idea. Begara is the kid that has kept Amat alive in these playoffs. If it was not for him we would have never beat la habra and there would not be a today for us. Obvious you don't know sh...t. Talking crap about someone you probably don't even know makes you a bigger loser than sign in name.
Begara? Come on now. No Stick, average glove and a prick for a dad. The man walks on water, or so he thinks.
Josh G from amat. Does not deserve to be in the all-star team. He is below average short stop. Maybe because he is half pint like his coach. From the few games I seen he is a mistake ready to happen or errors. Not deserving.
When is the all star game and is it at Bassett again?
When does football season start?
Why are some seniors selected to play on both all star games.... There must be other seniors that deserve to play but are not.
Why 4 players from Amat? There are not 4 seniors on that Amat team deserving of this honor. It's not right to do this. It happened last year as well. How in the world did Napolean get chosen to coach this game? This game is about the valley, not him and his parading around the field like he will do that night. He's everything wrong to do with high school sports. My stomach hurts just thinking of this man representing the valley at this game. Bonita 4 players? Won't point out a kid or two, but there are other really good kids that could've gotten in before one of the bonita players.
Fred, I thought Eddie Pedroza was a Jr. Do you mean Richie Pedroza?
GHigh,
Could care less if the boy's play in two games, you are right they need to choose. My question was when exactly is the game? Saturday or Monday?
Good luck to you.
I have know idea about other Schools but I know they made SDHS plyers pick what game they wanted to play in.
I would like to Congratulate Joshua Genzuk for making it to the all-star game. Josh is the hardest working player in the SGV.
Fungo: Why is it fair that some high school players get to play in both All Star games (Daily Bulletin and Tribune)? That's what doesn't seem fair to me.
June 6th is the date for the CIF Finals at Anaheim Stadium . . . for your information.
Fred, I think there is a typo with the date for this game. June 8th is a Monday. Please let us know so we can go out and support these great kids.
Fred J,
Why is this game on the same day as the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin all-star game?. Don't you normally play the SGV Trib game on a Sunday ?. There are boys on both teams that will now have to choose between the two. Doesn't seem fair.
Hey Fred, June 8th is on Monday. Do you mean the game is on Saturday June 6, 2009??
