Victor? Are you talking about the JV Dad who couldn't have an original thought in that pointed little head? LMAO......... I'm surprised the Admin. still lets him on school grounds. He needs to stick to his 18a rec ball team and leave the coaching to the adults....

I am dissappointed in the listing of the SAL all league softball team also. When we vote as coaches, we list the school each player is from and their year in school. This year the league rep was Walnut. When I left the meeting I assumed everything was ok. I had a parent contact me that her daughter wasn't even on the first team list, let alone the players school not being listed. No second team or honorable mention players either. I will find my copy of the whole enchilada and resubmit to Fred and list on the blog myself soon. Sorry this happened.

I copy down every league list the way it is given to me. The San Antonio certificates only listed the schools for the boys, and not the girls. I could have gone through maxpreps to match all the names up with the schools, but if the league reps don't do it, why should I.

It appears that is the only league the gets full coverage around here. I'm just a little disappointed that Fred can't give the same coverage to all the leagues.

is it just me? said:

seems Miramonte is the only league that has a second team? these last couple of postings seem vague--are they incomplete or where in the newspaper can we find a complete listing?

Fred, what's up, not enough time to list the high schools for the softball players? Com'on dude if you do it for one please do it for all.

Congratulations to these will deserved baseball players. To the South Hills coaches, your boys were amazing watching them out there was just phenomenal. You had a player who you felt wasn't good enough for defense but look where his offense got him and helped take his team to the ship! The talent these boys had said it all, they took themselves to the better sweet championship. To all 1st team players, congratulations you deserved it!
