I can finally relax, Odom returning to Lakers

With the addition of Artest, LeBron not only isn't going to even get near Odom he's going to have a hard time getting to the basket to dunk on anyone. I too love Shaq and appreciate all the he did for our Lakers but the reality is that he is older and slower by the day and is still unable to defend the high pick and roll or players such as Gasol who have a mid-range jump shot. The Cavs did not improve in the off season but with Artest the Lakers have gotten much, much better. Whether Bynum will be better than average is still up in the air but he isn't really needed for the Lakers to win another ship.

Lake show will make up for the dodgers who will again flop in the NL playoffs. With the addition of Ron Artest,Kobe can now concentrate on offense and play fewer minutes. Perhaps the lakers should start Lamar and bring Bynum off the pine who seems to pick up 2 quick fouls in the first quarter when the officials are whistle happy. Bynum,Luke,and combination of Shannon Brown or Jordan Farmer gives the lakers a deep bench. Surprise may by Adam Morrison who would be a big improvement over Sasha who seems to have lost his shooting touch. A healthy Bynum will make the lakers even better next year.

While I still love Shaq the man can't get up anymore like how he use to, & the only dunking that will be taking place will be Bynum all over Shaq..

Lets hope the Cavs can even make it to the finals.. I personally think it will be Boston out of the East vs the Lakeshow..
