Notes: The three games we both missed were Sierra Vista over Hoover, Upland upending Glendora again and Claremount beating Bonita. I got Fred on Wilson over Sonora; Los Altos over Northview and Colony over Diaamond Ranch. Fred got me on Nogales over Garey; Venice holding off West Covina; Bell Gardens and St. John Bosco’s routs of Azusa and Damien. We got some big games this week. It starts Thursday, with South Hills taking on La Habra, which is playing like USC these days. Take the Highlanders. We also like Bishop Amat over West Covina on Friday and Arroyo over Northview, also on Friday. I like La Puente over Baldwin Park on Friday; Fred’s going with the Braves.
