Who are the winners and losers in the new boys basketball playoff divisions? My first thoughts were that Bishop Amat is in good place. If they can’t compete for a 4AA title with the beautiful building and all the other resources at their disposal, that’s not going to go over well, not with baseball and football looking so good.
