Who’s next at Los Altos? I’m throwing out four names that I would consider

It has been more than a week since Felipe Aguilar’s resignation at Los Altos, a job that becomes quite appealing for a coach hoping to bring the Conquerors their 12th CIF championship, especially at a time when the Southeast Division will appear more winnable with Charter Oak and South Hills going to the Sierra League. I have no idea which direction they’re heading, but I’m going to throw out a few local names that would seem like a good fit. Why not Northview’s Jim Arellanes, who had a tough year and has considered other alternatives in recent years. I also like La Puente’s Brandon Rohrer, a program guy who did a wonderful job improving the Warriors. Why not former South El Monte coach Erick Escamilla or former Lancers coach Mark Verti, who both might be ready to step back in the coaching circle.
