I should have clarified, this is the final regular season ranking. We will have a final one at the end. To be honest, I can't envision a scenario where anyone bumps Bishop Amat from No. 1. The body of work is too good, a Serra League league title, a nonleague win over St. Bonaventure, St. Paul, and area wins over Diamond Ranch, Damien and West Covina.

Question to The Host. Fred, if Amat should lose and go out early in their bracket for a Pac 5 championship and should CO,SH or any other local team in the east SGV go on to win a championship How would Amat be Tribune ranked come the end of the football season? With Wins vs some big time football programs and a Serra league championship, how would this all shake out for the Tribune voting? Would it be fair to Rank a D7 team that has won a championship over a D1 team that won their league by beating Loyola and Notre Dame and getting a first round game vs. Mater Dei? Just a question and not a war of words between Amat fan base and a CO fan base.

Can you at least put the teams that did not make the playoffs behind those that did? Its not how you start its how you finish.

Fred,
Why not have a final ranking at the end of the season after the playoffs, why stop now? The real
season is just beginning!

Mid-Valley Division predictions: Yes Monrovia, I do believe in a rematch with San Dimas, but this time the Saints go marching on was the previous entry in this blog.

Pac-5 Predictions: The only sure thing is there is no sure thing, so why not jump on the Amat Bandwagon; I'm thinking Final Four is the next entry in this blog.
