I should have clarified, this is the final regular season ranking. We will have a final one at the end. To be honest, I can't envision a scenario where anyone bumps Bishop Amat from No. 1. The body of work is too good, a Serra League league title, a nonleague win over St. Bonaventure, St. Paul, and area wins over Diamond Ranch, Damien and West Covina.

With Wins vs some big time football programs and a Serra league championship, how would this all shake out for the Tribune voting? Would it be fair to Rank a D7 team that has won a championship over a D1 team that won their league by beating Loyola and Notre Dame and getting a first round game vs. Mater Dei? Just a question and not a war of words between Amat fan base and a CO fan base.
