This is probably one of the best mentions of this topic I've seen in quite a while. It's obvious that your knowledge of the subject is deep and this made for a very interesting read.
Congratualtions to the SD Saints who were honored. What a magical season! The entire team played well and improved throughout the year. The underclassmen, specially the sophemores really rose to the occaision.
Well done young men!
Come back and do it again next year.
Was wondering if anyone knows how these athletes are chose. Does anyone know?
Great job colts.... and to all the underclassmen hit the weights hard and keep up the good work and we will be back on top GO COLTS!
STAY TRUE TO THE SHOE
If you think that race doesnt play a role in society then you haven't been watching or reading into our politicial system.
Congratulations to all of the San Dimas Saints recognized by this honor. Also to the (3) Sophomores (a.k.a. "The Dirty Dozen")

Congrats Chris "Drago" Auxier for making First Team Offense and Second Team Defense....Woooot Woooot
Good job Fred.
Thanks Fred I thought that was a stupid comment if for no other reason that it was going to bring out the knuckleheads.
I deleted several comments because of the direction it was headed, do not make this a thread about race, thank you.
Whatthe
You make a good point, except when you are using max preps, often times the numbers can and do lie. Remember the coaches are putting these stats in themselves, and they often embelish a bit on yards and tackles mostly. They also tend to forget to put in all the turnovers. Also, the success of the SD qb could be (in part) from facing 8, 9, and 10 men in the box for most of the season. Not trying to take anything away from the kid, but all of those things may have been considered at the meeting. With that said, I still agree that other QB's might have been more deserving. But it's not that big of a deal, I'de rather have that CIF ring that the SD QB will get more than an all league patch.
Whatthe?,
All the kids on that list are deserving, the younger kids will have there chance. Maybe if you would have seen them play you would understand. Congrats to all the kids on there outstanding year. Best of luck at the next level.
Please explain how the QB from Pomona and BP received 1st team honors over the QB from Covina and SD. This all league is a joke... How does a QB from a team that does not make the playoffs get 1st team? His #'s were not even close to the 2 sophomores. The BP QB should probably be there along with the SD QB. The SD QB's #'s were better with half the attempts and he took them to the league title. I did not see them play i'm just going off #'s from maxpreps. Maybe the coaches saw something but #'s don't lie.
