Area hoops tournaments heat up after Christmas

We have three area tournaments beginning on Saturday and two of our top girls basketball teams, Diamond Ranch and Bishop Amat, begin action in the prestigious Ayala Lady Hoops tournament. I do not have the brackets for the Nogales boys basketball tournament that begins on Saturday, so if someone has it, please email them to me as soon as possible. The Covina Christmas tournament, one the area's best boys basketball tournaments, is set to go with all games at Northview High School because of construction at Covina. The Glendora girls basketball tournament also begins on Saturday.
