I can't understand all the hoslility towards Walnut Trump. They made the play-offs last year. They did for your information win the SA back in O3. They also finished second in 04 and tied for second last year. They have struggled to win league games, but if you check your scores over the past 5 years you will see that most of their league games have been decided by 10 points or less, and that they have a history of upsetting the league champions. I will tell you this. This is not a team that you want to sleep on. They only lost one of their top players from last year, and they got a whole lot longer and more athletic with the addition of Coleman and the DB transfer. And those 2 are underclassmen so they could be tough for the next couple of years.

SGV430 Ouuut!!

The San Antonio champions will be South Hills or Nogales, (btw Diamond Bar is not in the San Antonio League)

Position for position, South Hills have size over any team in SA, coaching is suspect though. West Covina is rebuilding. Rowland is rebuilding. Nogales is rebuilding, but always competitive, lots of shooters. If Nogales big man keeps his cool, they will be league champs. Walnut has never been competitive in the SA, not in the last 6 yrs (maybe more) They will be in deeper $#!@+ next year with the realignment, with Bonita & Diamond Ranch added to SA.

Walnut likes to toot their horn, maybe they should toot their horn on the court not online.

When was the last time Walnut won their league? OR any playoff success??? When was the last time they won a playoff game??? I thought so! Winning a weak tournament is one thing, winning your league and making noise in the playoffs is another. Keep dreamin!
