    Hey Chris Reyes !

Sandra Gutierrez “OWNS” you…128 to 62 in Blocked Shots !!!!

Just kidding, with so much craziness on the blog I thought some levity was in order.

Fred: Will MaxPreps provide individual and/or team stats on baseball the way they do soccer?

  • Fredj

Yes, we will have one for baseball and softball

I dont know if you remember, but at the begining of the season I predicted Chris Adams with 125-3 pointers! Almost there Chris keep up the good work!!!

  • lut/fan

per Max Preps FYI free throws- Grant Jarret 81% (89/110) La Verne Lutheran! not being picky just the facts!

  • Recruit

In your article about Bobby Miles you said he was “averaging a valleys best” 27 points? Well if that is the case then you must change what you have above.

  • COBball

FYI-Jaden Radcliffe from Charter Oak currently has 73 3 point field goals made.

  • FredJ

As for Bobby Miles, those were the stats the coach gave me for the article, the Lobos aren’t updated on MaxPreps. If you read above, I wrote these are leaders reported to MaxPreps.

  • FredJ

There are several teams that still don’t update, look at South Hills girls basketball for example, they don’t even have a roster up, and they have a player like Melinda Gomez who might be leading the Valley in scoring. But we won’t know because the team won’t post stats. I don’t know how teams expect us to follow them without updating the numbers, particularly in basketball.

Question for Fred or ? Some don’t post in Max Preps, is it safe to assume this could hurt that team or team’s players in terms of rankings and looks from schools, consideration for post season reconginition? Answer would seem to be yes, but do not understand how it works. Thanks.

The CO vs. Wilson score is wrong because the game wasn’t played…got cancelled due to their gym leaking rain water. Make up game to be played on Monday.

On the leader board for blocked shots, why isn’t Jesse Garibay from Chino High school listed? He is averaging over 1 block a game and has over 20 blocks for the season. And remember – the kids a freshman!
